This 1.65 carat natural Tanzanite displays a Medium Blue Violet colour with a predominantly blue face-up appearance and lighter violet undertones. Its elongated oval outline provides an attractive jewellery size, while the outer facets produce flashes of blue and violet as the gemstone moves.
Assessed as VS clarity and A quality, the gemstone has good transparency and only a minute pinpoint inclusion visible under close enlargement. A central window is clearly visible and significantly reduces brilliance through the middle of the stone, with most of the stronger colour and light return concentrated around the perimeter. No chip or significant surface damage was confirmed.
